Once you complete the payment for your order in most cases we will send you the vectorized file(s) within 24 hours. If we need more time for vectorization we will notify you in advance. For other types of work like Illustration or Logo Design, the turn around depends on the complexity of the art.
You will receive an email notification with a link to our Art Portal to download your work once your order has been completed. Additionally, if you are a registered member you may download your jobs directly from the artwork view.
Your feedback is extremely important to us. After every job, we will ask for your feedback. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, simply let us know what specific changes need to be made and we’ll fix it within 24 hours at no additional cost, but if you need changes because you made a mistake while ordering, the art is going to be re-charged.
Yes, you can! Please do it as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please make sure you’re using an image editor capable of opening the file extension we provided. For example, vector files can only be opened with specific programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. If you need a different file extension or have continuing issues, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
