How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. All credit card processing is handled via 2Checkout and at no time do we retain a copy of your credit card information. 2Checkout saves the last 4 numbers of your credit card just for future orders.

Can I pay after receiving my artwork?

We require payment before proceeding with our services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your money.

Will I Get Refunded for My Cancelled Order?

Usually yes, you will. It depends on when you will notify us of your cancellation. If you cancel your order after receiving the vectorized image file, we will be happy to assist you and apply additional changes to your artwork with no cost in a reasonable framework. Unfortunately, in that case, we will not be able to refund you for that order as one of our graphic designers have already invested their time in it. We strongly advise you to inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If you have completed the payment and our designer has not yet started the design process, then yes we will refund your payment. Please note that we have fast turnaround times for vectorization.
