Art Portal

One of our competitive advantages is our Art Portal, that allows us to ensure quality with extensive controls. It offers our clients a way to manage their work with the possibility of seeing the whole process from the beginning to the end. In addition, you can see reports, statistics, invoices and all kind of notifications. We offer integration with the portals of our customers through our API, making communication in real time improving the delivery of orders (own and our customers).

For customers without their own portal, we offer our software as a service (SaaS), giving them the possibility of having a tool to manage the art of their company.

Characteristics

– Free Access: Each client receives a user and password that enables him to enter our art portal, being able to see in him, the works assigned to us daily and their status. Each company can have unlimited users; as many of them as needed. In turn, each user receives in his email different notifications about the change of status of the works, online consultations, etc.

– Design Control: Within the pre-visualization of the assigned work list, each client can see the status of the job, its priority, doubts submitted by the designers, the number of files delivered, designs with high complexity, the Art Issues (Files impossible to solve) and all the information pertinent to each one of the works.

– Internal Design Control: Within each job, the client can see a preview of the design, the order information (type of work, people in charge of the design, priority, etc.), the design process with its states production, control, finished, closed or approved, etc.), and receive an instantaneous shipment of the design, being able to reject it and send corrections and footnotes.
